At Wey Ahead we have what we feel is one of the best ranges of menus for spit roasts, barbecues and paella at prices that are both sensible and affordable. Whether you want food that has its origins right here or thousands of miles away then you need look no further.
We believe in offering the best possible food served by top quality staff which is why all our staff are trained by our head chef who has over 30 years experience and who has worked with Gordon Ramsay amongst others.All of our ingredients are fresh, sourced locally from trusted suppliers and cooked at your event to help ensure that every part of your meal is a mouth watering experience- unlike some of our competitors we don't believe in partially or fully cooking meat before the event and then reheating it unless circumstances dictate otherwise. We also understand that not everyone wants the same food which is why we offer the option of tailoring menus so that all your guests can enjoy the event whatever their culinary preferences.
Vegetarians and allergy sufferers are catered for (as long as we know in advance) and we offer reduced prices and menu options for children as we understand that their food choices and appetites can be different. Our prices are not only extremely competitive but also include disposable styrofoam plates (and bowls for desserts), strong plastic cutlery and napkins as well as items such as salads and bread plus sauces for the Spit Roast options. We also include at least two members of staff for each function who will cook, carve and serve for you and then clear away with a minimum of fuss.
As we supply our own gazebo to cook under we can cater for all seasons and in any weather so even in the depths of an English winter (or summer!) you can enjoy the great taste of outdoor cooked food served indoors rather than outside. We also supply tables with tablecloths to serve from.
